WWE Fastlane 2018: 10 Things That Must Happen

8. Charlotte Flair Runs Through Ruby Riott

Unlike Nakamura vs. Rusev, it will suit everyone if Charlotte Flair rolls over Ruby Riott and teaches the SmackDown newcomer a lesson in respect on Sunday.

Despite being SmackDown Women's Champ, Charlotte has continually lost a little lustre since turning babyface and acting all nicey-nice. She's much better as an ice queen heel, and hopefully that's WWE's plan should she be the one to tangle with Asuka in New Orleans instead of Alexa Bliss.

Whether that's on the cards or not, Flair must come out with her title reign intact at Fastlane. Giving the belt to Ruby at this stage would be a mistake. She, and her Riott Squad pals, need a little more seasoning before they'll be readily accepted at the top of the women's division.

The best case scenario here is that Charlotte retains because Liv Morgan and Sarah Logan interfere once too often and end up being barred from ringside by the referee.
