Individual fans will have their own thoughts on the thing, but this writer feels that Money in the Bank is something that needs to go away for a while. Carmella, the woman in possession of the briefcase, was booked in a throwaway match at Fastlane during 'Mania season.

Shouldn't "Miss. MITB" be doing more than working exhibition matches against those scrambling to reach her level? As a heel, Carmella should dismiss the notion that she has to wrestle the likes of Becky Lynch and Naomi.

At least WWE had the sense to have Carmella pick up the win for her team and then act like she'd carried the workload on her own. Natalya helped, of course, but no self-respecting villainess should be willing to admit that.

Seeing Carmella shout, "raise my hand" in the aisle way was the best part of a segment that, finish aside, wasn't really compulsive viewing.
