WWE Fastlane 2023: 10 Things That Must Happen

1. Damian Priest Cashes In

Surprise!

Look, Damian Priest has to cash in that Money In The Bank briefcase at some point, and it'd be rather rubbish if he turned into WWE's next briefcase bust. Besides, there's a bigger story to focus on through all this: Seth Rollins being a wounded animal, Priest cruelly capitalising, then a heroic babyface clawing his way back to the promised land right in time for the sweet Rumble-WrestleMania sprint.

Damian would put a beaming smile on Mami's face if he brought the World Heavyweight Title back to Judgment Day HQ. Also, Priest has blossomed as a star over the past year or so. His overall presence is heightened, and he's ready for something like this.

Imagine the stunned looks if Priest waited for Rollins to physically collapse then cashed in his chips to take Seth's most valued possession. That one moment would instantly make Fastlane newsworthy, and it'd have people tripping over themselves to tune into Raw for Seth's recovery arc to begin.
