"Hulk Hogan" isn't supposed to attend Raw.

Famous WWE fan known as “The Tye Dyed Guy”, attended WWE RAW on Monday and was briefly seen on camera across from the hard camera side of the arena. At one point during the show, WWE forced him to switch seats to the other side, underneath the hard camera, so he would not be seen on TV.

This caused several instances of the Tampa fans chanting “Hogan” during RAW. Hulk Hogan Tweeted about the incident saying they were probably afraid the fan would slam Braun Strowman!

The fan being dressed as Hogan is not believed to be the reason he was moved. WWE generally don't like fans dressing up as former superstars at TV tapings as fans are often distracted by them and chant for them during matches and segments they may find boring. In 2015 several fans who were dressed as various legends at ringside were forced to change clothes and later got some attention online for it.

Back in January 2016, WWE producers tried to shuffle a handful of cosplaying fans as far out of sight as possible but backfired when The Rock interrupted his promo to go off-script, interacting with several fans dressed up in the front row.
