According to Fightful Select, the backstage reactions to WWE's recent third party policies have been mixed.

With WWE recently deciding to take over their talent's Twitch and Cameo accounts, various stars have responded to the news in different ways.

Fightful have reported that one particular top star in the company isn't too concerned about the edict due to them feeling like WWE take good care of them financially already. However, this wrestler did admit that they understood why other talents were concerned.

A number of performers have revealed that they likely won't get to see any extra money coming to them in light of the new policy changes. This is down to the fact that Twitch streams will now count towards their overall downside guarantee and be classed as a standard obligation going forward, much like fan signing events.

It's also interesting to note that pretty much all of the talent Fightful spoke to said they would not agree to signing a new deal or 'opting in' if WWE gave them the choice. These talents also unanimously felt that they were in no danger of being fired if they refused to co-operate and they also noted that nobody had been 'forced' to sign a new deal at this time.

With stars like Paige, Xavier Woods and many more all successfully building their own brand up outside of WWE through their highly popular Twitch streams, it looks like this issue is far from settled and could get even messier in the ocming months.
