Mick Foley's Mankind character could easily have been here had it not been for Cactus Jack. By far Foley's most reckless gimmick, Cactus was made for hardcore bloodshed. In one of his books, Mick admitted to relishing the pain of Jack's infamous 'King Of The Death Match' tournament win.
