NXT UK's Ben Carter will no longer wrestle as that name, with WWE rechristening him Nathan Frazer.

Frazer said that his brand new start in NXT UK demanded a brand new name, stating his intentions to go down as one of the greatest of all time.

The up-and-comer has already wrestled several NXT UK matches as Ben Carter. Debuting in a loss to Cruiserweight Champion Jordan Devlin on the 7 January NXT UK show, he has since rebounded with victories over Josh Morrell and Sam Gradwell, with his last in-ring appearance going down on 18 February.

Frazer made headlines upon signing with WWE back in October 2020, as he had recently worked several AEW matches prior to that point, including a hyped Late Night Dynamite match with Scorpio Sky the previous month. The 22-year-old later revealed that WWE had made an offer to him prior to these appearances, however.

Carter is a trainee of current SmackDown star Seth Rollins at his Black and Brave Wrestling Academy, and has stated a desire to face his mentor in the future.
