WWE Glasgow Live - 10 Interesting Observations

2. Bray Wyatt Has The Coolest Entrance In Wrestling

I€™ve been going to WWE shows on and off since 1992 and throughout it all, The Undertaker was always my favourite entrance. To this day, it still gives me goosebumps and a few years ago at a WrestleMania, I remember wondering if there would ever be another entrance that would be on that level, but I doubted it would happen.

Then in 2013 Bray Wyatt came along and his character had a different vibe to anything else on WWE TV. Last night in Glasgow, when he appeared on the screen and blew out his lantern, there was an atmosphere that came over the crowd that hadn€™t been there the whole night. As the beats of his theme song began to play, it felt like you were at a pay per-view.

It seemed like every single person in the arena had a smart phone with a flashlight and the darkness of the arena contrasted with the shining lights, created an amazing visual experience as Wyatt made his way to the ring while Live In Fear blared through the speaker system.

It struck me as I got goosebumps and looked around at the 13,000 in attendance that no longer was The Undertaker the coolest entrance in wrestling, that honour now sits with The Face of Fear, Bray Wyatt.
