WWE Hell In A Cell: 10 Predictions That Will Happen

7. Tyler Breeze Takes The United States Championship

With John Cena set to be written off TV any day now, he goes into Hell in a Cell in something of a strange position. For the first time in a very long time, the leader of the Cenation isn't involved in any sort of storyline or feud and will instead simply issue a United States title Open Challenge on Sunday night. With it taking place on a PPV, you have to believe Cena will be squaring off against someone special, with popular opinion pointing to big NXT names like Finn Balor and Samoa Joe or even a returning Daniel Bryan. My guess? Tyler Breeze. It's recently been reported that the Prince of Pretty has been called up to the main roster, and what better way to have him debut than to take the US title from Cena and put him out of commission for the next few months with some sort of storyline injury? If Breeze is brought up and treated like Fandango or Adam Rose, he's f***ed, but establishing him as a heel who should be taken seriously and keeping a gimmick which has got over in a major way down in NXT would be the smartest way for WWE to go. Of course, WWE Creative aren't necessarily the brightest bunch, and there's every chance that someone like Rusev (now with added Lana) could answer the challenge. That would be a depressing retread of old ground, while Ziggler answering would only be interesting if he turns heel in the process. For now though, my money is firmly on Tyler Breeze. Tyler Breeze actually made his debut on SmackDown last night and attacked Dolph Ziggler after pairing up with Summer Rae. Having him becoming United States Champion and feuding with the Show Off for the title in Cena's absence is definitely something which could work, right?
