WWE Hell in a Cell 2015 - 15 Major Talking points

12. Where Does The New Day Go From Here?

For the third consecutive PPV, the New Day defeated the Dudley Boyz do retain their WWE Tag Team Championships. But unlike in previous encounters, where the New Day used the numbers game to their advantage, this time Big E smashed a broken trombone over Bubba€™s head, which allowed Kofi to take advantage and pin Devon. With this third defeat, odds are that the rivalry between the New Day and the Dudley Boyz is over. Which leaves us wondering, which team will challenge the champions next? Despite the New Day€™s soaring popularity, there aren€™t that many teams left for them to face. They€™ve already defeated the Prime Time Players on several occasions, so that rules them out. The Lucha Dragons might be positioned as new challengers, but they€™ll require a lot of work since both of them got demolished by Kevin Owens in recent weeks. The Ascension are in a similar position as the Dragons, except that they€™re heels and the New Day would mop the floor with them in promos at every opportunity. That leaves us with one option: the Usos. Jey Uso was diagnosed with a shoulder injury around WrestleMania, and he€™s believed to be making his return soon. If he does, then a feud between these two highly-popular teams will surely make for some entertaining programming.
