Would it be totally out of the question for him to trade verbiage for physicality and take a hit at Hell in a Cell?

Yes, 53-year old Foley has undergone surgery to replace both hips, and he definitely won't be doing any massive stunts in 2018, but he might take an errant punch or be knocked down by a swinging leg at some point.
