WWE Hell In A Cell 2020: 10 Things That MUST Happen
10. Retribution Stay Away
The ThunderDome needs some 'Keep Out' signage.
Retribution shouldn't be anywhere near the Amway Center this Sunday, but only because WWE's writers have already done enough damage to their seemingly-threatening invaders. There's no sense in mincing one's words: Retribution are a bit rubbish, and that's not said with any glee.
Despite the cartoonish presentation (and names like Slapjack, Mace and T-BAR), the group could've worked had they not been made to look like cannon fodder for The Hurt Business and Bray Wyatt recently. Instead of pushing them onto the HIAC card, WWE should bang heads and try to find a way to rescue things long-term.
Who is this helping? NXT has lost strong talents like Dominik Dijakovic, and poor Mustafa Ali is being made to look like a complete tit by leading such a toothless gang into battle. WWE need a contingency plan, and they need one now.
