6. Kevin Owens Beats Ezekiel

Be very careful here, WWE.

Kevin Owens was a hot ticket coming out of WrestleMania. Wrestling Steve Austin's first match since 2003 was huge for him, and KO proved a worthy rival for the electric main event brawl. Since then though, WWE's writers just haven't followed that show of faith up with anything worthwhile.

Post-Austin, Owens has been reduced to questioning whether or not the repackaged Ezekiel is actually Elias or not, and it's been a massive step down. Despite Ezekiel being "new" and obviously deserving a bit of shine himself because of that repackage job, it's true that Kev should be doing more than warring with him. Way more.

Zeke will be fine if someone the standing of Owens beats him, and that's what should happen at HIAC. Kevin simply cannot take a loss and retain any credibility here - from battling 'Stone Cold' in the main event of 'Mania to staring at the lights for Ezekiel? Disastrous.
