4. United States Title: Theory (c) Vs. Mustafa Ali
Result: Theory retains the title by taking Ali out with the A-Town Down (10:25).
Rating: This was a rock solid sprint of a match that kept up a thrilling pace throughout and ensured both men came out of it looking stellar.
Ali made for a great scrappy contender and almost convinced the crowd he had the win with that STF, but this was always going to be Theory's victory for better or worse (cemented by the fact the show was in Ali's hometown and we know what WWE feels about that).
It's a shame Ali's continuing to stagnate on the roster, but it's also easy to see why WWE gave Theory the win here, and beating the hometown hero surely only furthered his heel standing in the company. I wouldn't be opposed to seeing a PPV rematch with a stakes-raising stipulation. 7/10
