2. 11 Men Eliminated at the Royal Rumble (2001)

Kane's sheer dominance in the 2001 Rumble saw him eliminate eleven other wrestlers, but ultimately just come up short and finish second behind Steve Austin. Even if Kane didn't come out victorious from the match though, his performance remains the one that people always remember, especially for several of the spots that he was involved in. Whether it was terrifying Drew Carey out of the ring, smashing the Honky Tonk Man's guitar over his head or being part of the "Hardcore Rumble" section that took place, Kane still managed to steal the spotlight in every moment. There was almost a feeling on an anticlimax that Kane did not pick up the victory and his incredible performance did not translate in to a greater result for him at Wrestlemania, where he was only involved in a Hardcore title match. But once again, for a one-off moment over twelve years ago, this would no doubt remain one that will be remembered and talked about for many more years to come.
