Suing once WCW went out of business pocketed this wrestler a LOT of money.

Kevin Nash made "enough money to retire" by suing WCW after the company had already gone out of business.

The former WWE Champion discussed this during the latest edition of his 'Kliq This' podcast. According to 'Big Sexy', he never once got a merchandise payment from World Championship Wrestling during his 1996-2001 run. "Not a dime".

That didn't sit well, because Kev was part of the wildly successful nWo, and the dude knew for a fact that merch he was responsible for was flying off the shelves. Beyond nWo stuff, Nash also had his own action figures, shirts and appeared in several popular WCW video games.

He was due a lot of cash then.

The legend decided to take his argument to the courts once WCW closed doors. Eventually, he received a sizeable payoff that he still gets "quarterly". The money is so good, in fact, that Kevin says he wouldn't need to work another day in his life if he didn't want to keep busy.

Nash said "the three of us" (presumably Scott Hall, Hulk Hogan and himself) got "16.7%" of merch rights backdated each.
