WWE Legend Returns On Raw, Huge Surprise!
Becky Lynch FINALLY gets some worthwhile backup against Damage CTRL.
Becky Lynch and Bayley attempted to settle their rivalry inside a steel cage on Raw Monday night, but shock of shocks, the cage did not entirely prevent Damage CTRL from getting involved in the action.
However, Lita made her return to WWE for the first time in nearly a year, running down to take out Iyo Sky and Dakota Kai, providing Lynch with a clear path to nail Bayley with the Manhandle Slam and pick up the win. Lita and Lynch hugged and celebrated in the ring to close out the show.
Lita last was seen competing at Elimination Chamber 2022 against Becky for the Raw Women's Championship, where the Hall-of-Famer came up short. Since then, Lynch has ditched her "Big Time Becks" persona and embraced her former self, making it easier to see the two reuniting happily.

Lita's save is likely more than just a one-off, as you can't view a legend being on WWE programming this close to WrestleMania as a coincidence. A more likely scenario would see Damage CTRL wanting revenge on both Becky and Lita, forcing them to go to their rolodex and calling up another superstar - say Trish Stratus - to even the odds for a Mania six-woman tag match.
That's easy enough to fantasy book, and it would give Lynch a big match for the biggest show, but we'll have to see how things develop in the coming weeks.
