Kevin Nash doesn't think there's any chance Sting will ever become an on-air authority figure for AEW on shows like Dynamite and/or Collision.

The WWE Hall Of Famer told fans tuning into his 'Kliq This' show that he just can't see his friend working the same sort of gimmick Nick Aldis does for WWE on SmackDown. Nash says Aldis "does a really good job" because the suited and booted role suits his personality and overall look.

Sting is different.

Kev reckons it'd be a bit daft if the Stinger started showing up to make decisions on-screen in his face paints, and wouldn't be into the thought even if Sting took on a similar look to the one he used as part of the Main Event Mafia in TNA.

Previously, Sting had suggested that AEW boss Tony Khan wanted him to stick around post-retirement, but that he "had no interest" in working as a manager or an agent. Presumably, becoming an on-air authority figure would fall into the same 'no' category for the legend.

Nash can't see it ever happening.
