WWE Live Review From Ringside - 10 Interesting Observations

2. Cesaro Did Not Want To Give Us The Cesaro Swing

WWE.comJohn CantonCesaro received an ovation for his entrance. Fans are really starting to like the guy even though he's been pushed as a heel as a Paul Heyman guy. If you're wondering, no sign of Paul Heyman. He really doesn't do a lot of live events except for special occasions or ones that are near his home in the New York area. The opponent for Cesaro was Kofi Kingston, which meant that Cesaro was going over. It's another time where the heel winning made a lot of sense. What was funny about this match was that when Cesaro signaled for the Cesaro Swing move everybody jumped out of their seat looking all excited for it. Instead, when he was holding Kofi by the legs he changed his mind and did a DX crotch chop to the crowd instead. It was a good heel move that upset people. Kingston really didn't get much offense in. Even when he did his comeback it was brief. Cesaro ended up winning with the Neutralizer. He didn't really play to the crowd for his entrance or exit. He just got out of there quickly. It was around 10pm when the main event started. Usually the show runs 2.5 hours meaning it would end at 10pm, but they were running long. Like I said earlier, though, that was okay with us.
