Some moments of the Fatal-4-Way bout for the WWE Tag-Team Titles seemed a little disjointed, almost like there were several key communication breakdowns throughout. These were more noticeable towards the end of the match, but everyone involved recovered well to deliver a satisfying pop when The New Day retained their gold.

That was a smart move, there's no need to remove the titles from around their waists at the moment. Michael Cole mentioned several times that New Day are coming close to beating the 331-day tenure of Paul London and Brian Kendrick from 2006-2007. That has to be the story going forward, surely.

Everybody included in the 4-way clash was allowed to look strong at points, although The Vaudevillains inarguably looked the weakest as the match wore on. Eventually, Big E and Kofi Kingston combined to pick up the win, keeping the tag belts on New Day and maintaining that roll towards a record-breaking stint in the hot seat.

There were few realistic worries before the pay-per-view that they would be dethroned, but now it seems clear they will top London and Kendrick.
