11. Shouldn't Carmella Have Cashed In?

If you're surprised by the number of people who seemed to think that Carmella would be immediately cashing in her briefcase for a match with Naomi in the wake of her win over Lana, you probably shouldn't have been.

Logically, Carmella should have cashed in, because she can be stripped off the chance as soon as Tuesday, and sitting on the chance makes her look like an idiot (even assuming she won't actually be stripped).

Needless to say, lots of fans noticed...

The tease might have got a pretty good reaction from some, but it also didn't really make a great deal of sense...
