If anyone reading this has ever bumped inside a wrestling ring before, they'll know that it's a good idea to match your legs with your back. In other words, creating as wide a base of impact as possible is smart, because it soaks up most of the pressure.

Shane O'Mac didn't have a choice a MITB.
