UK indy fans must adore that a match like this is taking place on WWE pay-per-view in London. Previously, GUNTHER (as WALTER) and Matt Riddle battled numerous times on independent cards in the country, and now they're in a featured spot on a show like Money In The Bank.

It's another routine title defence for GUNTHER, but that doesn't mean the match won't be high quality. It absolutely will be, not least because these guys have serious chemistry together. WWE put some narrative weight (ha) on Riddle's ankle problems during Raw, so that'll come into play over the weekend and probably cost him the chance to become Intercontinental Champion.

Record-breaking awaits you, GUNTHER.

He's creeping ever closer to topping the Honky Tonk Man's historic reign, and there's no way WWE pulls the rug out from underneath the big Austrian powerhouse now. Riddle can point to his bad ankle as an excuse afterwards if need be.
