9. Encore Presentations Of Raw, Smackdown & Main Event
Raw, Smackdown and Main Event will air initially on television as they do now, these are the only shows to remain this way. However, there will be encore presentations of all three shows added to the WWE Network after their initial airing, Why is this exciting, I hear you ask? Well, for starters, if you live in England, it means you no longer have to stay up until past 4am to see the full presentation of Raw. If you're an American, then you probably don't know how taxing it can be to attempt to do this every week, especially if you're working the next day (or have school). The only encores we get on Sky Sports are edited, 2 hour versions so if you don't have the facility to record the program, the only options are to stay up late or to download the show (which of course I don't do). If Smackdown eventually goes live as seems to be the case, then that would only compound the problem. Thankfully, once the network launches we need only wait a few days and we can watch the full show on there. Another (massive) plus to this is no longer having to deal with advertisements. WWE have said that the network will be mostly ad-free but even if these particular shows do have adverts, then it will be easy enough to skip right past them. What a relief that is. The amount of breaks during every episode of Raw is quite frankly absurd and infuriating, and it will be great to be able to bypass these on the WWE Network.
