It's been said a million times, Bray Wyatt is rarely allowed to physically follow through on his bold verbal claims in WWE. All too often, the so-called 'Eater Of Worlds' talks a good game, only to then come up short when it really matters. No Mercy has thankfully bucked that trend, at least for the time being.

Back at SummerSlam, Randy Orton was beaten by Brock Lesnar. It seemed logical to assume that he'd be handed a reprise against Bray Wyatt. That didn't happen, Wyatt was the one who was given the nod and the victory on the latest SmackDown pay-per-view.

There was obvious interference from the returning Luke Harper, that will provide an out for Orton during promos. Looking at the situation though, Harper didn't actually put his hands on Randy. In a nice touch, JBL mentioned this on commentary, putting over the fact that Wyatt had just earned a huge win.

It's awesome to see Wyatt given some credibility again, it's been way too long since he was booked to back up his words.
