Just 25 minutes from The Ballroom is Preston in Lancaster, England where for the last few years, Apollo Crews wrestled on a regular basis under his former moniker Uhaa Nation. From the moment Crews came through the curtain, all you had to do was use your ears and it became clear from the thousands in attendance that they remembered him. Throughout the night, the Blackpool fans had chants galore for every single match. From football-like rhymes to pop songs switched up with superstars names involved, there was rarely a quiet moment in the Empress Ballroom. In his match with Samoa Joe, the audience would roar whenever Crews would get offense or hit a big move, cheering on their guy who made it all the way to the WWE. At one point during the match, Apollo looked out at the crowd and beamed with a huge smile, as not only has he gotten to WWE but hes had the chance to come back and perform in front of the fans who supported him back in the day.
