The tag team of Chad Gable and Jason Jordan have come out of nowhere to be one of the more popular draws on the card. This was certainly the case last night as the Newcastle crowd saved most of their breath for the pair. Whether it be from the countless chants, or reacting to the constant pandering from the NXT Tag Team Championship challengers, Jordan and Gable made for a very entertaining 20 minutes or so. Their work was on point, as always. Jordan was especially impressive with a very powerful display and really seems to be coming into his own. I can't leave out Chad though, who showed some grappling and mat wrestling that left you feeling a little bit dizzy after... Jordan and Gable need to stay in NXT for the foreseeable future so the powers that be can judge how they react to the responsibilities of carrying championship gold - it's coming soon, right? - and so they can work on their charisma a bit more. WWE have another stand out tag team on their hands here. Triple Threats between New Day, Enzo and Cass and Jordan and Gable? Yes please!
