Sasha Banks is the definition of a developmental success story. When she came to NXT, she was just some lady, an okay wrestler with no particular personality of her own. But over the last two years, she's blossomed into the most complete, well-rounded performer in the company.
At first, her lack of identity led her to attach herself to Summer Rae, NXT's then-First Lady. When Summer left for the main roster, Sasha consciously stepped into her mentor's shoes as the Boss of NXT. At first it was clearly just to cover her insecurity, but Sasha's posturing quickly evolved into real, validated self-confidence.
She's also improved by leaps and bounds inside the ring, throwing killer strikes and wicked submissions with equal malice. She was also the MVP of two of the best WWE women's matches EVER, the Fatal Four Way where she won the women's championship, and her recent title defense against Becky Lynch.
Final rating: THE BOSS
