WWE Officially Names Upcoming UK Stadium Show "Clash At The Castle"
Here's what WWE are calling their first UK stadium show for 30 years this September.
WWE's first UK stadium show in 30 years will be called 'Clash At The Castle'.
The promotion proudly announced this name via their official website, and said that tickets for the event would be up for grabs from 20 May. Drew McIntyre had previously told the live crowd during WWE's house show in London that 'Clash At The Castle' was coming.
Naturally, the big Scot encouraged people to snap up briefs as soon as possible.
"The city of Cardiff is ready for WWE Clash at the Castle on 3 September, and I know that everyone in Wales, across the UK and around the entire world is ready to make history with us too. Get your tickets and be part of the magic. I can’t wait to hear just how loud Principality Stadium can get!".
As Drew McIntyre stated, the event takes place at Principality Stadium in Cardiff, Wales later this year. It's the first WWE stadium show on UK soil since SummerSlam 1992 emanated from the old Wembley Stadium. That show created tremendous buzz for the company, and they'll be hoping that Clash At The Castle does the same.
