Fightful Select reports that "several important names" behind the scenes in WWE have been impressed by Baron Corbin and Bron Breakker as a tag-team on NXT.

Management thinks Corbin has been "all class" since returning to the third brand, and hasn't "treated the move as a demotion" from Raw or SmackDown. Instead, Baron has embraced the change of scenery, and just won the Dusty Rhodes Classic alongside Bron at NXT's Vengeance Day special over the weekend.

Breakker popped up on Monday's episode of Raw in a backstage skit with GM Adam Pearce, so it looks like WWE's long-term plan still sees him moving on from NXT, but officials do like what they've been seeing from both as a duo recently.

People backstage for the 23 January edition of NXT noted that the team was gaining popularity with fans. Production staff also reportedly joked that they were having trouble keeping up with Bron because he hits the ropes with a ton of energy.

It'll be fun finding out whether or not Triple H keeps Breakker and Corbin together, or if Bron moves from tags back to singles on the main roster.
