WWE Officials Impressed With Big Cass

How long can his partnership with Enzo possibly last?

An influx of competitors from NXT have made their way onto the main roster over the last couple of months, and the results have been somewhat mixed. One man in particular has been turning heads in a good way however, and that man is seven feet tall, and you can't teach that. Yes, that is quite fun.

According to PWinsider, WWE officials are reported to have been impressed with the work of Big Cass, Colin Cassady, on the main roster since arriving the night after WrestleMania. This covers both his in-ring work and his look, and goes a long way to explaining the strong booking that the Queens native has received in the last two months.

Needless to say, the big man is likely to be in line for a big singles push in the future. Whether this happens sooner rather than later remains to be seen, but his work whilst tag partner Enzo Amore was out with a concussion ticked all of the right boxes as far as WWE officials were concerned.

Whilst it is unlikely that this will happen in the immediate future, it'll still be interesting to see what happens with Enzo and Cass in the upcoming WWE draft. Keeping them together for the time being is clearly the best option, but WWE may think differently.

Born in the middle of Wales in the middle of the 1980's, John can't quite remember when he started watching wrestling but he has a terrible feeling that Dino Bravo was involved. Now living in Prague, John spends most of his time trying to work out how Tomohiro Ishii still stands upright. His favourite wrestler of all time is Dean Malenko, but really it is Repo Man. He is the author of 'An Illustrated History of Slavic Misery', the best book about the Slavic people that you haven't yet read. You can get that and others from www.poshlostbooks.com.
