WWE Payback 2017: 10 Huge Predictions You Need To Know

3. No Stopping Strowman

WWE have done an exceptional job of reinvigorating Braun Strowman after a humbling spot in the Andre the Giant Battle Royal left him completely frozen out of the WrestleMania card, and bewildering promo battles saw him back down from a fight with both The Undertaker and Brock Lesnar despite physically decimating much of the Raw roster.

Flying off the handle on 'The Big Dog' just a week after he put 'The Deadman' out to pasture, Strowman's memorable assault on Roman Reigns saw him turn Monday Night Raw (and an Ambulance) upside down, with numerous acts of violence and mayhem following since the memorable thrashing.

Launching Kalisto into a bin eventually lead to a dumpster match that saw the Lucha star hurled off the stage, a match with The Big Show dusted off the famous exploding ring spot, and the various disarray caused by the 'Mountain of a Man' has lead to some choice interplay with babyface General Manager Kurt Angle.

After the month he's had (and the deeply disappointing one he had following his last match with Reigns at March's Fastlane event), he absolutely has to win at Payback. His rampage left Roman injured and subsequently off television, giving management a creative out for the loss, whilst Strowman can nary afford another setback in his rehabilitation as Raw's next big killer.
