The Shield may have been the aggressors in Monday's contract signing, but they fell to the experienced group by the end. The façade of the civil contract signing had been immediately thrown out of the window by The Shield, and despite being overwhelmed initially, Evolution took a firm upper hand in their feud. Triple H earned his second entry on the list this week, as he was responsible for the group taking over with his signature sledgehammer. The beating only continued from there and was given an apt exclamation point as the trio stole The Shield's own signature, the Triple Powerbomb, to send Roman Reigns through the announce table. Earlier in the night Orton and Batista saw off the challenge of The Rhodes Brothers, first through Orton scoring an RKO victory over Cody. It broke down into a beat-down however, as the match was then made elimination and No Holds Barred, leaving Goldust as nothing more than a victim of a message sent to The Shield before their contract signing.
