20. The Undertaker
Despite inactivity, it is impossible to leave 'The Deadman' off this list. One awesome match a year is worth far more than a hundred good matches. Undertaker fully deserves the recognition of still being among WWE's very best. He proved it again at Wrestlemania 29. In what was the match of the night for the majority of fans, Taker bested CM Punk in a classic that involved the full repertoire of wrestling artistry. Undertaker pulled out all his trademark moves, executing them with sublime timing and force. He also ensured that Punk looked strong in defeat, giving the rest of the WWE talent a lesson in how to sell and get a match over. This one match alone was enough to put Taker on this list ahead of the likes of Ryback or The Miz who work all year. It wasn't Taker's only match in 2013 though. Impressed with the work of The Shield, he personally requested a match with Dean Ambrose. Taker teamed with brother Kane to battle The Shield on Raw, and worked against Ambrose on Smackdown in a very good TV match. Undertaker remains a timeless great in the squared circle.
