WWE: Ranking Ric Flair's 16 World Title Runs - From Worst To Best

11. WCW World Championship (3rd WCW, 12th Overall) December 27, 1995 - January 22, 1996

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AM-WRWBoqbQ This reign, in which Flair took the title from and relinquished it to Randy Savage during a revival of the unpleasantries between the two that would rage on for years that had been reignited with Macho Man's arrival to WCW in 1994. Flair challenged Savage, who won the championship at World War 3 in November that year, for the championship at Starrcade 1995, in a match that saw the shenanigans of Jimmy Hart and fellow Four Horseman, Arn Anderson aid Flair en route to claiming his third WCW Championship and 13th World Championship overall. This time with the championship, much like several other reigns during his WCW was not particularly memorable and the championship was used as more of a prop to help move the bigger story of the continuing vendetta between Macho Man and Ric Flair. Flair lost the championship back to Savage just under a month later at a Clash Of The Champions at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, but this would be far from their last encounter.
