3. The Dynamic Between JeriKO Has Turned Completely Around

Beforehand, the entire relationship between Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho revolved around the latter sucking up to the former. As WWE Universal Champion, KO would glance at Y2J with a confused expression whenever Jericho claimed he was also in possession of the belt. So much has changed over the past few weeks.

Now, it's Owens who is the desperate one. Repeatedly trying to reaffirm his friendship with Jericho, the reigning Universal Champ is always looking for his fellow Canadian's blessing and trying to make up for past indiscretions. Telling Jericho to shut up and generally treating him like an afterthought, KO is now the one looking to prove himself.

This was evident during a few throwaway moments on Raw. Delighted that his buddy agreed to let him hit the ring and attack Seth Rollins, Owens jumped up and down like a kid. Later during a backstage skit, he also said that he wanted JeriKO to become the Raw Tag-Team Champions as well as the WWE Universal Champions. There's no way that language was coincidental.
