WWE Raw: 10 Things You Might Have Missed (Aug 8)

1. Seth Walking Away Made No Sense

Let's get this straight: Seth Rollins is super eager to prove to Dean Ambrose that he's a changed man since stabbing he and Roman Reigns in the back 3 years ago, so much so that he's willing to come to Dean's aid. Ambrose hasn't felt the same up until now, quite rightly tentative about trusting his ex-Shield buddy again.

All of a sudden, after saving Ambrose from a 2-on-1 beatdown at the hands of Sheamus and Cesaro, Seth is walking away from Dean and refusing to do the Shield fist pose with him? That doesn't make any sense, because surely Rollins should have been delighted that he was getting what he wanted. Wouldn't it have made a bigger statement not to run down and even the odds in the first place?

We get what WWE are trying to do here. Seth feels jilted that Dean didn't bail him out earlier in the show too, so he's trying to play hard to get. That'll still work, but it's a bit illogical that Rollins would suddenly be frosty towards a guy he's been chasing forgiveness from for weeks.
