WWE Raw: 10 Things You Might Have Missed

1. Jason Jordan Never Calling Kurt Angle Dad

Jason Jordan didn't look too convincing on the mic during his appearance on Miz TV. The Miz is one of the best in the business at promos though, so it's perhaps unfair to judge Jordan on that; plucked from relative obscurity on SmackDown and shoved into one of Raw's biggest angles (pun intended), Jordan is under pressure to succeed.

Working a match at SummerSlam for the Intercontinental Title against The Miz will help Jordan, but he needed to show way more fire on Raw when the heel was provoking him. When Miz started bad-mouthing Kurt Angle as a failure, that was Jason's time to say the villain could say whatever he liked about the man in front of him, but he better be careful what he says about dad.

It's a shame then that Jordan never once called Angle 'father', 'dad' or anything other than Kurt. WWE missed a trick here, because it didn't come across clearly enough that Jordan was willing to stand up for his estranged family member.
