WWE Raw: 5 Things You Might Have Missed (Jan 11)

2. Stephanie McMahon Dances Like An Embarrassing Aunt

The weekly sight of Stephanie McMahon playing the role of WWE€™s resident Big Bad is a source of constant irritation for some fans. Stephanie€™s character manages to get under one€™s skin like an itchy splinter, both annoying and unbearable in equal measures. Most weeks she is content screeching her badly-penned lines and emasculating the poor, unfortunate babyface who is unlucky enough to be embroiled in a feud with the Authority, but occasionally she goes a step further and adds a whole new reason to channel hop during her appearances. This week she decided to dance, strut, and mime like an embarrassing drunken aunt at a teenager€™s birthday party, the type who desperately tries to look €œcool€ and €œwith it€ in front of people who think she is a total dolt. Stephanie, much like her father Vince, is completely out of touch, and entirely oblivious to the fact that the heat she generates is not because she is such a good heel, but rather because fans want her to go away.
