4. Rob Van Dam: The Hype Is Infectious
WWE has always done a solid job with their video packages when recapping or highlighting certain aspects of the WWE product. Their promoted return of Rob Van Dam has been no exception, and the hype all throughout last night's RAW program prior to his return this weekend was very well done. We can all reminisce and enjoy the footage of him executing that stellar VanDaminator move time and again, and WWE did a great job last night of showing him as a great star. Van Dam is older now though. Even with his storied past and incredible performances, especially in these MITB matches and the multiple TLC-type matches, the odds of him returning to WWE in that form are very slim. He will provide a nice shot in the arm in terms of crowd approval, but it will be interesting to see how his return debut is handled this week at The Money In The Bank PPV.
