WWE Raw slumped to a record low rating in the key 18-49 demographic this week, as NFL Monday Night Football continues to have an adverse effect on Vince McMahon's former flagship's numbers.

The 18 October episode was actually up slightly in terms of overall viewership, with the P2+ total increasing from 1.582 million to 1.591 million this week. This number breaks down as follows:-

Hour one: 1.577 million viewers.

Hour two: 1.624 million viewers.

Hour three: 1.577 million viewers.

But it's the P18-49 number that is coveted most by advertisers and networks, and Raw had a rough night in this department. Around 514,000 million viewers made for a rating of 0.39, the lowest in the show's history, with Raw's first hour finishing ninth on the night among original cable telecasts, the second finishing seventh, and the third finishing eighth.

The previous record was set on 14 December 2020, when Raw drew 530,000 viewers aged 18-49.

As has been the case for the past few weeks, NFL football dominated the night's television. Football and MLB coverage occupied all of the top six spots - and the competition doesn't ease until early 2022.
