Things aren't getting any better until the crowds return, folks.

WWE scored an all-time low Raw viewership for this week's show, drawing an average viewership of just 1.68 million across three hours for the latest Performance Center broadcast.

This is a decline on last week's non-holiday record of 1.82 million and the all-time number, 1.78 million, which was set on 24 December 2018.

Here's how the episode looked by the hour:-

Hour one: 1.81 million

Hour two: 1.69 million

Hour three: 1.55 million

That first hour is the second-lowest in Raw history, while the second and third are the lowest. Last week brought the least-watched segment in the show's history, as just 1.539 million tuned in for Drew McIntyre and Seth Rollins' contract signing, so it'll be interesting to see if this happens again when the quarter-hour numbers are released.

As far as the key 18-49 demographic goes, Raw's 0.46 rating meant it was fourth on the night amongst cable shows. 90 Day Fiance was the only non-news show to beat it for total viewers.

The explanation for these grim numbers is the same as it always is in this Empty Arena Era. Shane Helms agrees:-

Things are unlikely to improve until the fans and their noise return, though it's a shame to see Raw hitting such lows regardless.
