Following the events (zombies aside) of Sunday's pay-per-view, last night's Raw served as the backlash to WrestleMania Backlash. A triumphant Bobby Lashley opened the show by declaring he would be issuing an open challenge in the main event, we later discovered it would not be for the WWE Championship which was lucky as Kofi Kingston, who answered the call & wrestled his second match of the night, pinned the world champion thanks to interference from Drew McIntyre.
Elsewhere on the show, Natalya & Tamina successfully defended the women's tag team titles against former champs Nia Jax & Shayna Baszler courtesy of a supernatural distraction caused by Alexa Bliss and her creepy doll Lilly. Charlotte Flair and Asuka had a decent singles contest, Angel Garza shoved a rose down Drew Gulak's throat, and Ricochet (as he did on Sunday) stole US champ Sheamus' hat & coat as he channeled his inner Ernest 'The Cat' Miller?!
