WWE Raw Superstar Competes On NXT Tuesday Night
Former champion enters battle royal for NXT Women's Championship match.
We've seen several main roster superstars show up in NXT in recent months, including some free agents who have made their way to Florida, but a Raw superstar made her presence felt Tuesday.
Dana Brooke showed up and entered the battle royal to become #1 contender for the NXT Women's Championship. Brooke had a good showing and lasted until the final three, but she was eliminated by eventual winner Thea Hail, who will face champ Tiffany Stratton.

Despite being called a free agent by NXT announcer Vic Joseph, Brooke was indeed drafted to Raw during the supplemental draft last month, and WWE.com has her listed as a Raw superstar (while the free agents do not show up under any specific brand).
There's no word on whether WWE has rethought Dana's status or if this was just the company playing fast and loose with its own rules once again. Really, it wouldn't surprise if they just moved her to a floating free agent after the fact.
A former 24/7 Champion, Brooke has been little more than a jobber and comic relief on the main roster. She last wrestled on Raw on the 8 May episode, losing to SmackDown Women's Champion Rhea Ripley in less than 2 minutes.
