WWE Raw Viewership Stays Steady At 1.9 Million
Championship Monday retained last week's viewership - but didn't boost it.
WWE's Monday Night Raw viewership hovered around the 1.9 million mark for the second consecutive week, coming in at an average of 1.92 million across the show's three hours. This is a slight drop from the previous episode's 1.94 million - the red brand's highest since the night after WrestleMania 36.
Here's how things looked hour-to-hour:-
Hour one: 2.04 million viewers
Hour two: 1.95 million viewers
Hour three: 1.78 million viewers
As far as the key 18-49 demographic goes, Raw came in at 0.53. This is about identical to the previous week's number. Raw was the 16th most-watched show on cable for the night and fourth amongst non-news broadcasts, finishing fifth in the 18-49 rankings.
These numbers will be seen as a steady follow-up from last week's show, which was built largely around Christian's in-ring return for a night-long programme with Randy Orton. The 22 June episode, dubbed Championship Monday, featured multiple title fights spread across the two hours, as well as Dolph Ziggler switching to the brand to challenge WWE Champion Drew McIntyre, a huge Seth Rollins/Rey Mysterio segment, Big Show's latest return, and Ric Flair crowning Orton "the greatest wrestler ever."
