According to a report from WrestlingNewsSource.com, WWE have this week released NXT trainee Josh Bredl and interviewer Andrea DiMarco from their contracts. They join Tajiri, Simon Gotch, and fellow NXT wrestler Chris Atkins on the unemployment line, all of whom have been given the "future endeavours" treatment this month.

DiMarco had only been with WWE since last year, and worked primarily as a backstage interviewer and ring announcer. A former Miami Dolphins cheerleader and Florida Panthers reporter, she occasionally appeared on a number of main roster pay-per-view pre-shows in addition to her NXT duties.

Bredl is the more notable release of the two, however. He won the sixth season of Tough Enough in 2015, scoring a $250,000, one-year contract in the process, and made his in-ring debut under the name Bronson Matthews that December. Having also worked as 'The Yeti' (no, not that one), Bredl competed solely on house shows, and never made it to NXT television.

Bredl hadn't wrestled since suffering a severe concussion since July 2016, but remained under contract until this week. Sara Lee, who won the female side of the same season of Tough Enough, was released last October.
