WWE Road To Wrestlemania 29: The Rock Takes Out John Cena

wrestlemania 29 When Monday Night Raw rolled into Philadelphia this week it meant that Wrestlemania 29 was just 13 nights away. This was the penultimate week of build-up, with just the huge go-home shows to come next week. Feuds should be reaching the point of fever pitch, with intensity ramped up to its maximum and the bad blood between opponents hitting boiling point. This Monday Night Raw saw almost all of the big names making an appearance, with CM Punk and The Undertaker, and John Cena and The Rock, sharing a ring together just days before their encounters at the Showcase of the Immortals. While this week's Raw was a vast improvement, still the air of confusion and dissent lingers around the card for the most important night in the wrestling industry. This is Wrestlemania 29, featuring the likes of The Undertaker, Brock Lesnar and The Rock, and yet still many fans feel disenchanted by the product, and that is down to poor booking and poor build-up. Storylines have been botched, feuds thrown together, and little care paid to getting fans invested. Steps were taken though, with CM Punk continuing to deliver in his feud with The Undertaker, Triple H issuing a message to Brock Lesnar, and things getting physical early to finally make things interesting between The Rock and John Cena.
