Then: Nobody could've predicted at the 2000 Rumble that Crash Holly would become one of the WWF's most over acts by mid-year. He moved out of the tag-team division with storyline cuz Hardcore and became the star of the 24/7 Hardcore Title scene.

Now: That success was short-lived, and Crash was on the outs by 2003. Several months after being released, he was found face down in a pool of his own vomit at friend Stevie Richards' house on 6 November. His legacy can be seen in WWE's current 24/7 Title.
