Then: The Undertaker's kayfabe brother had already developed love interests, used a voice box to communicate and been through a ton of lore by 2000 (and this was years before Katie f'n Vick). Kane filled the quota for monsters in the Rumble along with Big Show, Viscera and Rikishi.

Now: Glenn Jacobs is currently the Mayor of Knox County, Tennessee and won WWE's barmy 24/7 Title from R-Truth in 2019. He refuses to throw wrestling under a bus when questioned by political journalists, which is admirable, and claims he's not finished with WWE quite yet.
