Then: Billy Gunn was shoved back together with old cohort Road Dogg as The New Age Outlaws following a failed singles push. Though the pair retained their WWF Tag-Team Titles at the 2000 Rumble, it was obvious their DX-inspired magic was fading.

Now: Road Dogg is another who found his calling as a creative consultant and producer behind the scenes in WWE. Meanwhile, his old running buddy Gunn joined AEW as a producer in early 2019 and has made several wrestling appearances for the promotion.
